1. According to the group’s strategic needs, formulate and organize the implementation of human resource strategic plans such as group recruitment configuration management, middle-level and below employee performance management, salary and welfare management, and labor relationship management.

2. Formulate various personnel management systems of the group, standardize the personnel management authority and work process of the head office and branch, organize, coordinate, train and supervise the implementation of personnel systems and processes.

3. Coordinate various personnel management work of the group, and assign personnel commissioners to be responsible for the daily personnel and specific work of the group headquarters and each investment company.

4. Responsible for taking the lead in organizing and approving the group’s personnel requirements and preparation plan, coordinating and developing internal and external recruitment resources, and carrying out recruitment, selection, employment and allocation.

5. Responsible for the establishment and adjustment of organizational structures at all levels of the group, conduct fixed positions and assignments, and formulate department and personnel responsibilities.

6. Responsible for taking the lead in organizing the selection, allocation, development, and assessment of various talents required by the group and formulating career plans for employees.

7. Organize, guide, and supervise the performance management of middle managers and below, and monitor, supervise, review and apply performance appraisal results.

8. Formulate the group salary and welfare plan, organize and implement it after approval, be responsible for approving and distributing employee salaries, regularly conducting market salary level research, assisting the financial internal control center in labor cost accounting, and providing decision-making basis for the group’s senior management.

9. Responsible for handling employee relationship maintenance, employee complaints, labor contract signing, social medical insurance increase or decrease, and commercial insurance processing.

10. Responsible for the promotion, demotion, transfer and resignation management of the group director and below, and maintain the personal files of the employees.

11. Take the lead in organizing and supervising the implementation of corporate culture to ensure the consistency of personal values ​​and group values.

12. Assist the group’s “Managers Performance Appraisal Committee” to carry out the performance management of managers and above to ensure the consistency of the group’s work goals and directions.
