Job Responsibilities:
1. Labor relationship management
1. Compile the company’s unified labor contract text in accordance with the regulations of the government and relevant local departments;
2. Responsible for handling the relevant procedures for the signing, modification and termination of the employee’s labor contract;
3. Responsible for the handling of the transfer procedures related to the employee’s conversion and resignation;
4. Accept employee complaints and consultations; establish a harmonious, pleasant and healthy labor-management relationship.
2. Employee Change Management
1. According to the relevant management system of the group’s entry, timely handle the formalities of employees’ conversion;
2. Handle employee position changes and inter-departmental transfers;
3. Handle resignation procedures and talks for employees;
4. Guide and supervise the company’s employee change management.
3. Labor contract management
1. Organize and implement the signing, renewal, modification, cancellation and storage of labor contracts, confidentiality agreements, and non-competition agreements; 2. Guide the establishment of labor contract accounts and update them in time;
3. Guide and supervise the labor contract management work of various distribution and distribution.
Fourth, employee relationship management
1. Organize and arrange cultural and recreational activities for employees;
2. Establish company communication mechanism;
3. Employee care and caring work;
4. Establishment of employee complaint mechanism;
5. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys.
5. Handling labor disputes:
1. Accept all kinds of complaints and labor disputes from employees, and organize the handling in time;
2. Guide the handling of labor disputes in various collections and distributions.
job requirements:
1. Under 35 years old, bachelor degree
2. Human resources major, law or other related majors
3. More than 2 years of work experience in employee relationship management or equivalent positions
4. Familiar with national human resources policies, laws and regulations; familiar with national and regional labor relations management laws and regulations;
3. Familiar with the “Labor Contract Law”;
4. A solid theoretical foundation of human resource management.
