Salary and welfare: 4000-5000 weekends and five insurances
Job Responsibilities:
1. Collect and analyze data on industry salary and benefits.
2. Draft the company’s salary and welfare system based on the results of the salary survey and analysis combined with the actual situation of the company.
3. Assist the human resources supervisor to budget, approve and report the company’s salary and benefits/score performance to realize the rationalization of labor costs.
4. Guide and assist various departments to carry out performance management work
5. Prepare performance appraisal analysis report
6. Solve the daily management problems related to salary management and provide reasonable and effective suggestions to the salary supervisor.
7. Staff salary dynamic recording and analysis, regular salary surveys and survey reports are available.
8. Implement performance planning goals through training, publicity, supervision and inspection based on performance planning
job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with professional knowledge related to human resources
2. More than 2 years of human resources related work experience, master salary performance management theory and various evaluation methods, and be familiar with the actual operation of the performance management module
3. Have good logical thinking skills, communication skills and problem solving skills
4. Have good data analysis ability and document writing ability, and be proficient in operating Office office software
