Job responsibilities:
1. Draw up human resource demand plan and recruitment cost budget, and report to the personnel director for review
2. Assist the group to build a recruitment system
3. Draft the standards of the group headquarters for appointment and appointment, and report to the director of the center for review. And assist the group’s investment companies in the establishment
4. According to the personnel demand plan, preside over the personnel recruitment of the investment companies of the group headquarters, and assist the personnel recruitment of the human resources department-recruitment team
5. Assist the recruitment of senior executives and senior professional and technical personnel of the group headquarters and affiliated companies
6. Assist in the development and update of the talent information system, carry out research and analysis of the human resources market, and share information with affiliated companies
7. Develop statistical reports related to recruitment and collect relevant data regularly
8. Expand recruitment channels, establish and maintain long-term channel partnerships
9. Establish internal and external, update external talent pool (high seas)
10. Regularly publish and update recruitment information on designated talent markets and websites. Establish and maintain the employer brand during the recruitment process
Job requirements:
1. Human resources, management and other related majors, bachelor degree or above
2. More than three years of recruitment experience
3. Familiar with relevant national human resource management laws and regulations;
4. Solid theoretical foundation of human resource management
5. Familiar with various practices and operating procedures of human resource management;
6. Have skilled handling skills for human resource management transactional work
7. Familiar with the company’s recruitment process and various recruitment channels
8. Have rich practical experience in the discovery and introduction of talents, organization and personnel adjustment, and staff career design. 9. Proficient in using office software and familiar with personnel management software
