Process System and Information Management Department
1. Responsible for organizing the preparation, revision and implementation of the group management process, business process planning and top-level design, and formulating and implementing the company’s annual process management work plan.
2. Responsible for establishing the group process management system, standard system, etc., and promoting the group’s ISO9001 quality system certification.
3. Responsible for organizing and guiding relevant organizations to carry out process sorting, diagnosis, optimization, piloting and other implementation work, and coordinated organization of processes across business units and companies.
4. Responsible for monitoring the operation of the group process, considering the rationality of the process combined with the application of the information system, collecting and solving the problems and requirements in the process implementation.
5. Responsible for organizing the preparation, revision and implementation of the Group’s information system construction plan, and guiding the informationization plan of each unit.
6. Responsible for organizing the project establishment, demand analysis, development and implementation of the group’s information system, monitoring the information system construction goals, plan progress, and coordinating resources.
7. Responsible for the formulation of technical standards and specifications and management systems of the group’s information system, and guide the implementation.
8. Responsible for organizing the operation and maintenance of the group’s information system, problem collection, and continuous upgrades.
9. Responsible for organizing the application, review, contract signing, implementation and acceptance of the special project of the group informatization.
10. Responsible for sorting out the applicability of the process of each department of the group once a quarter to ensure that the group process is efficient, compliant and controllable.
11. Promote the construction of the information system of each department of the group, create an appropriately advanced management information integration system, and maximize the efficiency of internal operations.
12. Participate in the configuration and routine maintenance of the group’s IT equipment.
13. Responsible for the construction and configuration of the group’s daily office network to ensure the security of the group’s office network.
14. Responsible for the management of the approval, registration and cancellation of the corresponding information account when the employee enters and resigns.
