Job Responsibilities:
1. Administrative expenses: Initiate the payment process and reimbursement of administrative fixed expenses and temporary expenses accurately and accurately, such as rent payment, water and electricity payment, purchase cost settlement payment, etc.; administrative expenses are summarized, analyzed, and presented in the form of a report;
2. Administrative Procurement: Assist the executive in the establishment of the supplier system, update the iterative supplier database; sign, archive and manage procurement contracts; respond to the procurement needs of various departments, initiate the procurement process, review the procurement needs of various departments, and purchase Control expenses;
4. Assist the administrative supervisor in the arrangement and execution of various administrative affairs;
5. Activities: Assist the executive in charge of organizing group activities, including monthly employee benefits, holiday activities, cultural and sports activities, group annual meetings, group celebrations;
6. Fixed assets: implement and implement the relevant fixed asset management system, grasp the quantity and increase or decrease of the fixed assets of the whole group, do a good job in the process of asset outgoing, warehousing, allocation, and retirement; check the assets of the whole group on a quarterly basis and update Asset statement
7. Assist the administrative supervisor in the arrangement and execution of various administrative affairs;
8. Responsible for group document number management, archiving and uploading of documents;
job requirements:
1. Fluent standard in Mandarin, good image, good temperament, strong affinity and strong sense of service.
2. Strong organizational and communication skills, proficient in text editing, typesetting and office software operations.
3. Bachelor degree or above (no major limitation).
4. Have more than half a year of administrative related work experience.
