Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for refreshing the resume of the recruitment website, posting new positions, top positions, and screening resumes that meet the needs of employment.
2. Invite employees from the partner company to the company for interview selection in the form of telephone invitation.
3. Responsible for the initial test of job applicants, and those who meet the job requirements arrange for the re-examination of relevant department heads.
4. Persons who meet the requirements shall be notified of employment and follow-up reports until they have been employed for 15 days.
5. Make full use of various recruitment channels to distribute recruitment information, recruitment advertisements, and WeChat operations to meet the talent needs of cooperative enterprises.
6. Participate in the recruitment meeting every day, sort out the work issues of the day, and work plans for the next day.
7. Complete weekly plan, monthly plan, and daily report delivery on time.
8. Carry out the monthly recruitment task decomposition and match the task assignment of recruiters.
9. Organize training for recruiters and provide skills and methods to assist the completion of recruitment tasks, once a week.
10. Supervise and follow the work progress of the recruiter to ensure the completion of the monthly increase.
11. Follow up and control the post-employment training and entry trends of employees, conduct data analysis, and reasonably adjust the recruitment strategy.
12. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
