3. Responsible for the training of employee performance improvement courses to improve their professional and professional capabilities.
4. Responsible for the induction training of new employees to improve the sense of belonging and identification of new employees to the group.
5. Responsible for advancing the management skills training of managers at all levels, and cultivating a complete echelon of group management talents.
6. Responsible for improving the training course system and ensuring the consistency of training content with corporate culture and work goals.
7. Responsible for building and managing the team of internal and external training lecturers to ensure that the curriculum development and actual training effects can meet the development needs of the group.
