Financial Internal Control Center
1. Responsible for group financial management, capital management, auditing and accounting, risk management, internal control management, etc.
2. Lead the organization of the annual budget and final accounts, semi-annual and quarterly business results analysis meetings of the investment companies (departments) of the group, and be responsible for the accuracy of the group’s annual budget work.
3. Revise and improve the group financial management system, internal control risk management system, investment and financing management system, capital management system, etc.
4. Take the lead in establishing a group supplier evaluation system to effectively control group procurement costs and duty crimes.
5. Provide accurate financial information of the group and its subsidiaries to the board of directors and group executives on the 10th of each month and keep information confidential.
6. Provide information support for the group company’s financial strategy, financial policy, financial system (including reimbursement, budget and final accounts system, etc.) and the formulation and decision-making of profit distribution plans, and play the role of consulting staff.
7. Strengthen financial risk detection and crisis early warning functions, and establish a financial risk monitoring and crisis early warning system.
8. Responsible for inspecting and supervising the implementation of financial strategies, financial policies, and financial systems of the group company by financial institutions at all levels.
9. Organize and carry out the annual and outgoing audits of the group’s internal audit work, city (project) leaders, and heads of functional departments.
10. Responsible for formulating a fund management plan, effective the payment progress of various businesses, control the payment of suppliers, employee reimbursement and loan payment progress.
11. Responsible for reviewing all contracts involving fund receipts and payments within and outside the group, and provide professional advice for reducing financial risks and internal control risks.
12. Responsible for planning the best capital structure of the group, looking for the best investment partner, meeting the capital needs of the corporate strategy, and responsible for the group’s investment and financing, group financial management and asset value preservation and appreciation.
